A Night to Remember: Blind & Sons’ Company Party at the Night at the Races

On February 8, 2025, the Blind & Sons team came together for an unforgettable evening at Guy’s Party Center. Our annual company party is always a special time to celebrate our incredible team’s hard work and dedication, but this year’s Night at the Races made it even more exciting!

From the moment we walked in, there was a buzz of excitement in the air. The tables were set, the lights were dimmed just right, and the room was filled with the laughter of teammates ready to enjoy a well-earned night of fun. After another year of dedication to our customers and community, it was time to let loose, connect, and create new memories together.

We kicked off the night with a delicious dinner—great food always brings people together, and this meal was no exception! As plates were filled and conversations flowed, it was clear how much of a family we built at Blind & Sons. Whether you’ve been with the company for decades or just joined this year, everyone had a seat at the table, which makes our team so special.

Beyond the thrill of the races, we had plenty of entertainment to keep the energy high. The caricature drawings were a huge hit! One by one, teammates sat down to have their personalities captured in a fun and exaggerated way—whether it was big smiles, goofy poses, or inside jokes brought to life on paper, the drawings became cherished keepsakes from the night.

And, of course, what’s a great party without a photo booth? From silly props to heartfelt group shots, the photo booth gave us all a chance to let loose and capture the joy of the night. These aren’t just pictures—they’re snapshots of friendships, laughter, and the moments that make working at Blind & Sons more than just a job.

While the races, the prizes, and the fun were all amazing, the best part of the evening was simply being together. It’s not often that we get to take a step back from the hustle of daily work and genuinely appreciate the people who make Blind & Sons what it is. These events remind us that our company isn’t just about HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work—it’s about people. It’s about the bonds we build, the laughter we share, and our commitment to lifting each other up.
