With the increasing news and rising concerns regarding COVID-19, we want to assure you that our number one priority is maintaining the safety and well-being of all our customers and employees.

We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We are also following all regulations, announcements and guidelines from Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health to keep the spread as low as possible.

We want to assure you that we are taking the threat of COVID-19 very seriously; our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. All employees will remain at home if they display any signs of illness. Additionally, we are ensuring that our technicians utilize precautions (gloves, masks, and shoe covers) to keep themselves and your families healthy.

Again, we have one simple objective that guides us: to keep our employees and our customers safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way.

We will continue to monitor the news and any reports or requirements from the CDC and federal government. We care deeply for our community and appreciate your working with us to keep everyone healthy and safe.
