Your Blind & Sons technician will perform a 19-step precision tune-up and professional cleaning:

  1. Inspect thermostat for proper operation, calibrate, and level
  2. Inspect air filter
  3. Inspect blower motor
  4. Inspect indoor evaporator coil and pan
  5. Inspect condensate drain line for flow
  6. Check supply and return air temperature differential
  7. Inspect ductwork for energy loss
  8. Inspect condition of condenser cabinet, for proper balance and sheet metal integrity
  9. Inspect condenser coil
  10. Verify refrigerant flow, and levels, along with operating pressures
  11. Inspect electrical disconnect box and fuses for proper rating
  12. Inspect condition of high and low voltage wiring
  13. Test and inspect all capacitors for proper rating, voltage, and condition
  14. Test and inspect contactor for burnt or pitted contacts
  15. Inspect condenser fan motor, and blade operation
  16. Lube all moving parts when necessary or applicable
  17. Inspect compressor- Monitor, amp draw, voltage, meg ohm, along with checking wiring connections
  18. Inspect service valves for refrigerant leaks, and security
  19. Inspect safety devices and surge protection for proper operation
