This abnormal condition indicated restricted airflow or potential refrigerant issue requiring immediate attention beyond standard maintenance scope. Inspected blower wheel assembly and found moderate dust accumulation on pleated blades, which was contributing to reduced airflow and likely causing the coil icing condition.
