Performance Guarantee
We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manual, the system will perform as we have state herein. We have promised temperature variance at your thermostat of no more than plus or minus 3 degrees from your thermostat set point. If the temperatures are not achieved, we will make any modifications, at no charge to you for a period of five years. When you sign anyone else’s agreement there is no assurance that it will provide the comfort you hoped for. Others sell you equipment… we assure your comfort!
- The cooling system will maintain a 75°F indoor temperature on a 90°F summer day.
- The heating system will maintain a 70°F indoor temperature on a 0°F winter day.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We agree to accept both personal and company responsibility for your 100% complete satisfaction with the materials and the craftsmanship provided by us and paid for by you. During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service or our people, we will correct the problem to your satisfaction. If we cannot satisfy you with our efforts, we will remove the system that we installed within thirty (30) days of your request and refund the entire contract price.
Investment Guarantee
Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting and pricing it for less. So, it’s important to know what is and is not included in any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. The Investment Guarantee is our promise to you that you cannot find a comparable installation for less…or we’ll pay you a $50 bonus over the difference. All we ask is that the comparison be “apples to apples.”
“No Lemon” Guarantee
Manufacturer’s have admitted that 9% of their equipment comes from the factory with some kind of defect. We guarantee the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, should your compressor or heat exchanger fail in the first 5 years…we will replace it with a brand new current model, free of charge. Know that, should you be one of the unfortunate 9%, you can rest assured that we will replace your furnace or condensing unit…and even apologize for the inconvenience! No one else will make a pledge that strong.
* All we require is that you participate in Blind & Sons’s annual maintenance program on the covered equipment to ensure peak performance and maximum efficiency.
