Diagnosed and serviced Rheem tankless water heater displaying Error Code 14 (overheating). Performed comprehensive inspection of internal components including heat exchanger, electrical connections, and control board. Cleaned scale buildup from heat exchanger and verified proper gas pressure to resolve overheating issue. System now operating normally with consistent hot water output.
Responded to customer complaint regarding generator not automatically engaging during power outage. Inspected automatic transfer switch and emergency center electrical panel. Discovered faulty connection between transfer switch and main circuit breaker panel preventing proper operation. Performed scheduled 2-year maintenance on residential Generac generator. Unit was non-operational upon arrival; completed full diagnostic assessment and necessary service procedures to restore functionality. Generator is now operating within normal parameters with all safety systems verified.
Performed scheduled heating maintenance tune-up on 5-year-old Lennox system to maintain warranty coverage.
