Conducted estimate for 13-year-old furnace replacement. Assessed existing Trane XV95 unit with visible PVC exhaust/intake pipes and connected humidifier/air purification system. Documented current installation configuration and roll-out condition for proper sizing of replacement system.
Responded to customer complaint of furnace blowing cold air. Inspection revealed significant rust and moisture damage along the ductwork seams. Documented corrosion with photos for reference. Temporary repairs made to restore heat; recommended full evaluation of ductwork system to address water infiltration and prevent further deterioration.
Performed annual maintenance visit on 1-year-old furnace system. Inspected PVC venting system and verified proper installation with no visible damage. Checked water shutoff valve operation and confirmed copper supply line integrity with no signs of leaks or corrosion requiring immediate attention.
Successfully replaced a 15-year-old 20 amp Eaton arc fault breaker with pigtail for the office circuit. Original model breaker was prone to nuisance tripping issues. Performed recurring heating maintenance on 4-year-old system. Inspected and photographed pleated air filter, which appeared to be in acceptable condition. Discovered frost accumulation on evaporator coils, indicating possible refrigerant charge issues or restricted airflow. System operational upon completion of service.
Completed maintenance service on heating system. Inspected internal components including PVC piping and control panel wiring. Performed electrical diagnostics with digital meter showing reading of +32.17 to verify proper system operation.
Installed complete Lennox HVAC system with air handler and heat pump featuring auxiliary heat strips in residential basement. System includes proper ductwork connections, PVC drainage piping, and all required electrical connections. All components were mounted securely with proper clearances and tested for optimal functionality.
Installed new Govee lighting system along the front exterior of the residence and extending down one side of the structure. Properly mounted lighting to existing soffits and fascia, ensuring secure attachment to both the dark blue-gray vinyl siding section and the beige/cream siding area. No replacement parts were required for completion of this installation.
Completed recessed lighting service in residential hallway and adjacent room. Inspected non-functioning light fixture, diagnosed electrical issue, and restored operation. All fixtures now functioning properly with uniform illumination throughout both areas.
