Disconnected existing single strand wiring to garage and terminated wires in existing junction box on side of house, installing half-inch screw-in filler for proper closure. Ran new dedicated circuit from main electrical panel with PVC conduit up exterior wall of residence. Installed point of attachment on house and aerial run to garage using 2-inch rigid conduit with unistrut mounting system to achieve proper clearance from siding and maintain minimum 10-foot height clearance. Mounted screw-on wire holder and transitioned to PVC junction box with Myers hub, converting to Romex in flex conduit to re-feed existing garage junction box. Aerial installation method selected due to large trees in backyard area. Installation includes conduit runs on both structures and overhead wire span between buildings.

# HVAC Service Completed

Responded to no cooling call on residential air conditioning system over 10 years old. Unit was completely non-operational upon arrival. Inspection revealed severely restricted airflow due to heavily soiled evaporator coil and completely clogged air filter. The evaporator coil exhibited extensive dust and debris accumulation coating the vertical fins, resulting in significant reduction of heat transfer capacity and airflow restriction. Air filter was found to be excessively loaded with gray dust and debris throughout the pleated media, indicating extended period without maintenance.

Removed and replaced disposable air filter with new filter appropriate for system specifications. Cleaned evaporator coil to restore proper airflow and heat transfer efficiency. Verified system operation and confirmed adequate airflow through supply registers. Advised homeowner on importance of regular filter replacement every 1-3 months to prevent future system failures and maint

Completed routine preventive maintenance cooling visit on a 3-year-old system. Performed comprehensive inspection of all internal components including compressor, evaporator coil, blower assembly, and electrical connections. Observed significant accumulation of dust, lint, and fibrous debris throughout the electrical terminal block and wire connections, which can impede heat transfer and create potential fire hazards if left unaddressed.

Cleaned electrical connections and terminal strips, removing accumulated debris from wire insulation and connection points. Inspected all wire harnesses, connectors, and color-coded conductors for proper routing and secure attachment. Verified integrity of black rubber hoses, metal fittings, and mechanical connections throughout the unit. Checked pressure gauge readings and confirmed all components operating within normal parameters.

Examined internal assembly including motor, pump components, and QR-coded control module

Responded to owner-occupied condo for boiler inspection on aging unit (20-30 years old). Upon arrival, discovered significant frost and ice accumulation on refrigerant lines and copper piping, indicating a refrigeration/HVAC system issue rather than standard boiler operation. The heavy crystalline frost buildup on both bare and insulated pipes suggests potential low refrigerant charge, restricted airflow, or metering device malfunction causing subnormal evaporator temperatures. Documented conditions with photos showing extensive ice formation on multiple pipe sections and foam insulation, with visible corrosion on underlying copper where frost was thinner. System requires further diagnostic evaluation to determine root cause of freezing condition and restore proper operation.
