Upon arrival, observed standing water with sediment around floor drain, indicating blockage in main drainage system preventing proper water evacuation. Performed main drain cleanout by accessing cleanout point and clearing obstruction from primary drainage line. Removed debris and sediment buildup that was restricting flow and causing backup conditions. Verified proper drainage function and confirmed water flow restoration through system.

Replaced damaged ABS drainage piping in basement, including cutting and removing 3" pipe on first floor at cabinet location and 6" above the 4" upsize transition point in basement. Cut and replaced 1 1/2" kitchen drain line. Installed new ABS piping to repair cracked fitting and removed temporary tape from 45-degree elbow in basement. System was pressure tested upon completion to verify all leaks were eliminated and drainage system restored to proper function.
