Completed comprehensive tune-up service on both furnace and air conditioning systems at residential property. Armstrong Air Ultra V furnace and AC unit were thoroughly inspected, tested, and serviced according to manufacturer specifications. Changed dirty 18x25x1 air filter, checked all electrical connections and controls, verified proper operation of both heating and cooling systems, and confirmed all safety mechanisms functioning correctly.
Removed existing kitchen sink and faucet assembly, then installed a new Kohler double-basin stainless steel sink with Moen Arbor spot-resistant pull-down faucet. Performed comprehensive inspection of furnace including heat exchanger, burner assembly, ignition system, and PVC venting. Checked and tested all electrical connections, verified proper operation of blower motor and flame sensor. Inspected condensate drain system and confirmed proper drainage. On outdoor AC unit, checked refrigerant pressures, cleaned condenser coil, tested capacitor function and contactor operation, and verified proper amperage draw on compressor and fan motor.
