Performed scheduled maintenance service on 3-year-old Navien tankless water heater. Completed deliming and descaling procedure to remove mineral buildup and improve system efficiency. Unit is now operating properly with all connections secure and no leaks observed.
Completed replacement of Furnace #1 in multi-unit HVAC system. Installation included connecting all necessary ductwork, electrical components, and exhaust piping. Post-installation temperature testing confirmed proper operation with supply air temperature reaching 124.1°F.
Completed a comprehensive furnace tune-up on a Pamicoair system. Inspected insulation and ductwork connections to ensure proper installation and thermal efficiency. Examined and tested the control board circuitry, checking all electrical connections and wire harnesses for secure attachment and proper function. System is now operating within normal parameters.
