Q: How long does it take to install a system?

A: A typical furnace and A/C replacement can take 1-2 days. Some of the variables that affect this are location of equipment, efficiency of the new equipment, proper preparation by the installers etc. We pride ourselves on being able to complete full system replacements in one day due to our up front preparation and many hours of training for our installation teams.

Q: How do I know which brand to choose?

A: There are many good manufactures of equipment in the market with similar models and parts. The biggest difference is the installation process. You can take the best, most efficient equipment on the market, and if it’s installed improperly you will not receive all of the benefits or life span. Proper installation is key.

Q: Do you need to pull a permit?

A: Yes, we make sure the job is done safe and legally. A business license and insurance need to be valid in order to pull a permit. Plus it is required by homeowners insurance when any major work is done.
